We have no valid IP address until now (Ftp, SCP, Local File Directory); how to do to solve?

I have a problem:

for sending seedfile each method highlights the following error:

We have no valid IP address until now

how can I solve it since it is a local network?.

What IP address is set in your instance? Is that public or private IP? Can you see something int the log?

There is no log on file (.log).
