I’m currently struggling with HTTPS.
In the German documentation, I found “InterfaceÜberHTTPS” and was able to create a self-signed certificate using the instructions.
Right now, I can access it via https://IP:8443.
However, I’d like to use an existing certificate from a trusted authority for Yacy as well.
So far, though, this hasn’t worked as intended.
So I’m wondering if anyone has instructions or tips?
I also have a question about the “Host” field. On the status page, on the right side under “System Status” > “Address,” the square bracket next to “Host:” is empty.
In the advanced settings, I found a corresponding entry that currently shows 0.0.0.0.
Does this information update once a valid certificate is configured, or is this a potential source of error?
