Backing up my computer is now taking a very long time due to yacy database multi GB file sizes.
I’ve tested one of yacy files with 7zip compression and it went from 5GB to 1GB and another file from 1GB to 200KB.
Running 7zip before backup is not feasable because it takes, for example, 7 minutes to compress the file versus 10 seconds just copying it.
So my question is, for any developper or anyone else, is there a way that the databases can be better optimize/created/compressed/etc at source code or at creation of that database so they don’t grow up that big?
