I’m new in this group and have a question.
I have a virtual Windows server by Strato. Windows Server 2022 is installed on it.
My question: how can I expose Yacy (localhost) in the internet? How can I connect to Yacy from the internet?

Я не очень понял Ваш вопрос.
к localhost можно обратиться через удаленный рабочий стол (RDP), через виртуальную консоль (VNC) или другим доступным у Вас способом удаленного доступа.
Но к административному интерфейсу YaCy можно обратиться также через ее страницу Status.html, доступную из Интернета.
